CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul

My stay at CVK Taksim Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to Emran at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Emran made me feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help – whether it was with local recommendations, booking transportation, or just making sure everything in my room was perfect. His positive energy and dedication truly elevated my experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in an unbeatable location right by Taksim Square. But it's the personal touch from staff like Emran and Muchait Umut and Mazhar that makes this place stand out. Thank you, Emran, for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back! And not forget the staff in restaurant ..

I really like all staff r amazing İlyas who used to give us information about using metro, Yacim from restaurant was super amazing how she handled guests, as well her team in restaurant was all amazing. Umran was very kind he transferred us for bigger room and gave us late check up with Mert manager who was supporting. This hotel was very good close to everything, I extend staying coz of staff I mentioned I rate them 10/10 very very supportive

The location was perfect- in Taksim square and just in front of the famous Istiklal street-. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception (Mr. Umut and Umran) to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff also(Ozlem and Melissa) . The food in the restaurant was excellent and the view from the Terrace up is just perfect in the morning 👌🏼

Elyas is exceptionally polite, professional, and always greets guests with a genuine smile. He handled every request with care, efficiency, and a personal touch that made a real difference in my stay. What sets Elyas apart is his attention to detail and his sincere desire to make guests feel at home. He was always ready to assist with any inquiry and made sure everything I needed was provided quickly and seamlessly. CVK Hotel continues to impress me with its consistent excellence and world-class service. With outstanding team members like Elyas, it’s easy to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
